Ordered a jumper and it's now almost a month and a half that my order has still not arrived!
I chatted with them many times asking them for a refund for their disgraceful service. But each time they lie and tell me that my order is in transit and it should be by me any day. It's time to sue the company! They just steal money!
Keep far away from Rotita if you don't want to be a loser!
Play safe and NEVER buy from them a thing!
I am pissed. Its taken 2 months to receive order of two bating suits. Will not purchase again from rotita. As of today still, no bathing suits. Who wants to order that time, summer will be over. They need to take care of this matter, or just do not care. Been waiting forever. Should not take my money and do not deliver.

I ordered this beautiful gown for myself and I just love the way it fitted me. The color is absolutely gorgeous and the styling is so amazing. After wearing this dress I feel like a queen. I am so happy.
Ordered 6 bathing suits, larger than my size since I knew it was coming from a country where everything is tiny - got them, none of them fit, asked for a return label, got it and that was the end - I had to open a case with paypal to get my money back - they conveniently never responded to my emails or let me log in - thank god for paypal or I would have been out $160.00 from these scammers - buy USA people, these clothes are not sized correctly and look way better in photos than they do in person

I like that I can Track my orders with Rotita. This makes it easier for me to approximate package arrival. I have been happy with the quality of my purchases to date with this company. 5 stars

Purchased seven items. They send no tracking and it took almost 4 weeks to receive the purchase. I returned 6 items (be sure to get tracking info!). Tracking stated this company received the return in 4 days. After 10 business days I tried to get an update on my refund but got the run-a-round. Opened a dispute with PayPal. This company told me they could not issue a refund unless I close my dispute. I could not put any trust that they would follow through with the refund and let the dispute continue. They used every single minute PayPal offered for a response before they responded to PayPal and issued my refund. The dispute is closed and my refund from PayPal is on its way. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! You have been warned.
The first time i contacted the company my chat tined out because i was waiting for a rep too long, 2nd time i did the chat, i advised that i was missing the bottom portion of the swimsuit i ordered, they are sending the replacement in 2 days.

This is my 3rd time ordering from this shop and they again did not disappoint me. All items were present and I was pleased everything fit perfectly.
even with the size charts saying some things might be a bit tight all items were perfect size. Quality wise it's somewhat depending on the item. Most things are really nice quality.
